The United Nations Sustainable Fashion Alliance was launched at the UN Environment Assembly this week, with an aim to curb environmentally and socially destruction practices of fashion.

The Fourth UN Environment Assembly was held at the headquarters of the United Nations Environment Programme in Nairobi, Kenya.

More than 4,700 politicians and representatives from all over the world discussed environmental challenges and sustainable consumption and production patterns during the meeting, seeking innovative solutions.

TFBOYS member and actor Karry Wang, or Wang Junkai, the UNEP's youngest ambassador, attended the UN Sustainable Fashion Alliance conference and delivered a speech in English.

He also visited the elephant orphanage on the outskirts of Nairobi.

In an interview with reporters after the event, Karry Wang said that he would like to publicize the concept of environmental protection with friends around him, it should start from the small things, setting the right example and taking social responsibility.
