Shanghai Disney Resort announced Wednesday a temporary change to its ticketing policy, saying those who had already bought entry tickets or other services could reschedule their visit to any date in the next six months.
Ticket holders unable to visit the resort within the six months are eligible for a refund, it was added.
The resort said it is experiencing normal operation and welcomes all visitors. However, temporarily adjusted ticketing policies would assist travelers who wish to change their plans.
Tourists who have booked hotels at the resort can reschedule to any date in the next six months, depending on availability, and are eligible for a refund if they are unable to make it.
Visitors who have booked tickets for the Chinese version of Beauty and the Beast musical can reschedule their tickets to any date before February 23, 2020, depending on performances, or a refund.
