Nanning Railway has taken measures to ensure the control and prevention of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus during the current travel peak as a large number of people have been returning to work recently.
Nanning East Station has been equipped with two temperature instruments, which can achieve non-contact and rapid temperature measurement. Each toilet in the station is equipped with disposable hand sanitizer for passengers.
Each station has established a joint prevention and control mechanism with the local epidemic prevention department, setting up an observation station where professional medical personnel are stationed to ensure that passengers who have a fever are handled in a timely manner. In addition, the frequency of disinfection of key areas like passages, waiting areas, as well as entrances and exits have been increased.
Train staff will guide passengers to sit separately on the train, as well as organize the isolation, emergency disinfection, and personnel registration of any passenger that shows symptoms of the virus on the train as quickly as possible.
