The Investment Promotion Agency of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region has recently issued a work plan to promote business investment during the epidemic outbreak.
Departments at all levels of the Guangxi government will help enterprises orderly resume their investment and production through preferential policies. Online visits to enterprises will be carried out and one-by-one services will be implemented for foreign-invested enterprises investing more than 1 billion yuan. In addition, each city in the region should visit online to at least 100 enterprises to collect and analyze their difficulties and demands for resuming their production.
Cities are encouraged to conduct online investment promotion methods amid the coronavirus outbreak through apps, H5, e-books, PPTs, promotional videos, news reports, press conferences, video negotiations, virtual inspections, and online signings, relying on web portals, WeChat, Weibo, as well as other online platforms and media.
Big data and artificial intelligence (AI) technology will be used to explore intelligent investment. Investment agencies, such as business associations, overseas investment offices or representative offices, and investment promotion consultants will be entrusted to attract investment.
Investment projects, opportunities, and innovative release methods will also be planed.
Guangxi will vigorously optimize its business environment, comprehensively implement laws and regulations, as well as strengthen the construction of smart government affairs. It will promote the construction of online platforms such as a government-enterprise communication service platform and a corporate investment complaints reporting platform.
In addition, Guangxi will carry out special investment promotion activities of protective pharmaceutical enterprises, striving to introduce a number of enterprises specializing in medical protective clothing, masks, goggles, disinfection supplies, and biomedicine to contribute to the virus battle.
