Medical experts at Tongji Hospital in Wuhan, Hubei Province, held an online conference with their counterparts in Italy.

With more cases occurring in Italy, Niguarda Hospital in Milan contacted the hospital's doctors to learn from their experience. 

Two experts from the cardiovascular department of Tongji Hospital and one from its infectious diseases department joined the online conference.

They shared their knowledge and experience in fighting novel coronavirus pneumonia.

They discussed effective isolation and quarantine of patients and suspected cases, and taking measures to protect medical workers from infection.
