29 types of COVID-19 testing kits approved for market

A total of 29 types of COVID-19 testing kits by 25 companies have been approved to be launched in the market, said the country's top industry regulator on Thursday.
According to Huang Libin, spokesman of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the total production capacity of the coronavirus testing kits has hit 5 million sets per day.
"Currently, the supply of testing kits is sufficient while the production remains in normal order in the country," Huang said.
