The framework agreement on collaborative system innovation of pilot free trade zones (FTZ) along the border was signed by the China (Guangxi) Pilot FTZ and China (Yunnan) Pilot FTZ in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region on Sept 10.
The signing of the agreement is expected to boost the coordinated cooperation between Guangxi and Yunnan FTZs and gather more experience for the opening-up and development of China's FTZs along the border.
More communications will be carried out between the two FTZs in areas spanning the reform of government functions, the transformation and upgrading of trade, the cooperation in cross-border labor service, border trade, and the facilitation of customs clearance.
Efforts will also be devoted to jointly holding forums for a normal communication mechanism and to improving talent cultivation.
