The Nanning Zoo in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region held the 6th birthday party for giant pandas "Jilan" and "Jimei" on Monday.
The keepers made summer ice cakes with bamboo leaves, apples, and ice cubes to celebrate the birthday of the twin panda siblings. Many tourists also recorded the birthday party with their mobile phones.
The twin pandas were born on June 27, 2016. Their father is the Chengdu star panda "Meilan" who was born in the United States and later returned to China, and their mother is "Jili".
