Sophie, a British vlogger who came to the city of Liuzhou in south China's Guangxi 10 years ago, is a great fan of luosifen, or snail noodle, a traditional Chinese noodle that originated in Liuzhou. She said she has witnessed the changes of the city and enjoys her life here.
