The passenger transportation route running between Nanning Wuxu International Airport and Youyiguan border gate resumed operations on Jan 29 to handle the travel peak after the Spring Festival.

Extra coaches and charted buses will be arranged to run between Nanning East Station and Nanning Langdong Bus Station to Youyiguan border gate according to the passenger flow, aiming to provide convenient transportation services for passengers.

Starting from Jan 8, the shuttle passenger transportation route connecting Nanning and Hanoi, Vietnam has resumed operations, as well as cargo logistics services. Dongxing Checkpoint has also started the operation of cargo transportation and the boundary crossing services for Chinese passengers.

As of Jan 27, Youyiguan and Dongxing received 5,530 passengers, of which 5,481 entered China from Vietnam.

Officials of the Transport Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region said that the department will take an active role in offering guidance to enterprises managing international passenger transportation and gradually resume the operation of international direct passenger transportation routes.
