South China's Hainan Province has decided to give financial support to outstanding young talents engaged in applied basic research, engineering technology R&D, scientific research achievements transformation and entrepreneurship, without nationality restrictions.
The talent support project is targeted at talents engaged in technology innovation, industry innovation and entrepreneurship, education, medical and health, philosophy and social science, finance and taxation and skills.
The project application is open to all nationalities, with ages not exceeding 35.
Among applicants, technology and innovation talents would be granted 300,000 yuan (43478.89), while industry innovation and entrepreneurship, education, medical and health, and skilled would be granted 200,000 yuan. Philosophy and social science, and finance and taxation talent would be granted 100,000 yuan.
Qualified talent can be recommended by a unit, industry organizations, industrial parks, or peer experts.
