Guangxi has been committed to building a one-stop service platform to help young people from Hong Kong and Macao start their own businesses. The Hong Kong Youth Entrepreneurship Service Center now has more than 100 systems in place to help entrepreneurs, including preferential policies, business services, medical support, as well as financial and tax services.
The center was inaugurated on Nov 3, 2020 and was jointly established by the Guangxi-Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce and the China Resources Group. Many companies have since joined the center. More than 40 foreign companies have also been introduced to the center.
To date, the center has gained recognition from governments, universities, community groups and renowned companies. The center has signed a cooperation agreement with the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology to promote in-depth cooperation between Hong Kong and the mainland in the fields of innovation and technology.
In the future, the center will serve as a vehicle to bring in Hong Kong's century-old experience and resources. At the same time, the center will help Guangxi's enterprises and products enter and grow in the international market.
