A refrigerated train carrying a total of 390 tons of Brazilian juice in fifteen 40-foot containers arrived at the Ganzhou International Land Port in East China's Jiangxi Province on Sunday.

The juice was shipped from Brazil to the Port of Shenzhen by sea and then delivered to Ganzhou Port through refrigerated container transportation.

To ensure safe transportation and freshness, this refrigerated intermodal train used the BX1K container-specific flatcar for the entire journey.

It was equipped with one working car with a centralized power generation unit and eight BX1K container-specific flatcars, which can provide plug-in refrigeration for maritime refrigerated containers.

In addition, Ganzhou Port and Shenzhen Port coordinated with each other to open a fresh green channel for the trains, simplifying the transportation process, accelerating customs clearance services, and tracking the entire cold chain transportation process.

Liu Liping, deputy general manager of the Ganzhou International Land Port Development Group, said that compared to traditional road transportation methods, railway transportation not only saves more labor costs, but is also safer and more reliable. In addition, refrigerated containers are more conducive to keeping fruit juice fresh.
