On July 18, the container ship "Dexiang Bangkok" carrying 2,300 tons of cargo completed loading and unloading operations under the supervision of Tianjin Customs. It slowly left the container terminal at Tianjin Port and sailed towards the Philippines, one of the RCEP member countries, marking the official opening of a direct shipping route to the country from the port.

The opening of the new route has broadened the sea channel connecting the hinterland of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the RCEP area, adding new advantages to the products "Made in China" going global. (Bo)
