On December 24, the 2023 China-ASEAN Marathon kicked off in Fangchenggang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The race saw nearly 20,000 participants from China and ASEAN, as well as the Republic of Korea, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Niger, Nigeria, Serbia, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Ethiopia, Kenya and other countries and regions. Participants from Ethiopia showed absolute strength and won championships in the men"s and women's full marathons and half marathons. (Bo)
