BEIJING, Jan. 24 (Xinhua) -- China and Uzbekistan upgraded their ties to an all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership for a new era on Wednesday during talks between Chinese President Xi Jinping and his Uzbek counterpart, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in Beijing.
