Recently, on the C82 train of the Lane Xang EMU, which was bound from Vientiane to Luang Prabang, Laos, a highly creative onboard Chinese New Year-themed concert took place, earning shouts of applause from all the passengers in the carriage. 

2024 is the China-ASEAN Year of People-to-people Exchanges, marking the 63rd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Laos, and the third anniversary of the operation of the China-Laos Railway. 

On the occasion of the upcoming Chinese New Year, Laos-China Railway Company Limited, in collaboration with Guangxi Radio and Television of China, hosted a "Train Concert" event. Taking the train as the stage, the event fostered friendships through songs, playing a New Year symphony, and delivering the heartfelt blessings of the Chinese New Year to every passenger. (Bo)
