February 3 is the Little New Year (Chinese: Xiaonian) in southern China, and Rong'an County in Liuzhou, Guangxi celebrates the Little New Year and welcomes the New Year with traditional folk activities such as dragon dancing, lion dancing, fish-shaped lantern parades, as well as experiences like making glutinous rice cakes and tasting local snacks. These festivities have attracted a large number of tourists.
