On March 31, the Myanmar Trade Center (Kunming) was officially unveiled at the International Trade Enterprise Cluster Park of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone. This is the third such center authorized by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar globally. The center will provide import and export services including investment, consultation, settlement, and customs clearance, and undertake various import and export exhibitions, serving as an exchange platform for Chinese and Myanmar enterprises, and facilitating in-depth cooperation between China and Myanmar in the areas of trade, investment, culture, and tourism.

On the same day, the Myanmar Commodity Pavilion, located on the first floor of the park, was officially opened. The pavilion showcases jewelry, rice, coffee, handicrafts, and other special products from Myanmar, enabling consumers in China to directly experience the culture of Myanmar. It provides a fast-track lane for high-quality Myanmar products to enter the Chinese market. (Bo)
