The 7th Liulong Tea Cultural Tourism Festival in Nandan, Hechi, is set to be held on April 27. The event is expected to feature a series of activities, including the launch ceremony of the festival, immersive tea culture experiences, exhibitions, and promotions of Nandan county's distinctive agricultural products, a unique street showcasing Nandan's rural specialty cuisines, as well as various marketing activities for Liulong Tea.
These activities aim to showcase the enduring charm of Liulong Tea, empower the further iteration and upgrade of Nandan's tea industry, and promote rural vitalization.
On April 21, 40 participants dressed in traditional Han and Zhuang ethnic costumes engaged in a tea-picking experience at the tea gardens of Nandan. They danced gracefully and sang melodiously, aiming to provide a better immersive tea culture experience for citizens and tourists during the cultural tourism festival.
Some of the performers transformed into "tea-picking experience guides" on the spot, donning ethnic costumes, and under the guidance of tea-picking masters, they learned the art of tea picking. This allowed everyone to learn about tea culture and experience its magical charm while enjoying the festivities.
