Recently, Jiangnan District held the 2024 Promotion Event for Renovation of Villages in the City, attracting nearly 300 representatives from strong and excellent enterprises, famous chambers of commerce and financial institutions to attend.

It is understood that the event covers two renovation projects in Baishabandao Area and Pingyang Village Area. With a space of more than 4600 mu, the two villages have been listed in the first batch of renovation projects in Nanning. With unique regional resources and highly comprehensive value, the two villages will continue improving educational, medical and housing services after introducing overall planning and quality projects and investment. This will indeed raise the living quality of people in these areas, and set a benchmark and example for city renovation and urban area improvement. In addition, the deputy director of Jiangnan District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau hopes that renovation of villages in the city will be done step by step with overall planning, and the bureau will attach importance to the protection and utilization of historical culture, so as to improve city image and functions in an all-round manner.
