On May 30, a unique Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition was held in Dahua Yao autonomous county, Hechi.
Locals of all ethnic groups gathered together to engage in intangible cultural heritage activities like singing folk songs, bronze drum dancing, top-spinning, shoulder poles and so on, attracting many tourists eager to experience Dahua's rich culture and history.
Dahua is home to a relatively large Yao population and is among the 10 Yao autonomous counties in China. It is the hometown of longevity and ornamental stone in China.
In recent years, Dahua has formed a diversified tourism system including Yao cultural experience, sightseeing, vacation, health food, and leisure, forming a new model of high-quality cultural tourism development.
