"Siping Tiandi" is a core technique in Zhoupei Kung Fu that includes training in legs, waist, shoulders, and stances. The "Golden Leopard" routine, with its 108 dynamic punches, is known for its aggressive and vibrant strikes. In "Martial Stone String," a 12-kilogram stone string is used on the wrists for training, emphasizing robust and decisive movements, often performed during temple celebrations and folk festivals.

More than fifty routines of Zhoupei Kung Fu's boxing manuals have been passed down to this day, not only for martial training and fitness but also for nurturing virtues and character. "Excellence in both civil and martial virtues" has become a distinctive feature of Zhoupei Kung Fu.
