This is a convenient service initiative launched by the medical insurance department in Nanning and some designated medical institutions to establish a “medical insurance + hospital” model.

Among them, in Guangxi Hospital Division of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University on Foziling Road, it was seen that the medical insurance service station located in the outpatient hall on the first floor has two counters and is equipped with 2 full-time staff members. Xue Jing, director of the medical insurance department of the hospital, said that at present, 22 medical insurance services, such as urban and rural residents’ insurance registration, cross-provincial (cross-autonomous-region) temporary medical treatment filing, and outpatient special chronic disease treatment qualification recognition, can be provided for the public at the medical insurance service station.
