On June 29, the 5th International Academic Symposium on "The Governing Experience of Marxist Political Parties" was held in Nanning. The symposium was co-sponsored by Guangxi University, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, National University of Laos, and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities affiliated to Vietnam National University, Hanoi. Nearly 300 experts and scholars from institutions of higher learning in Vietnam, Laos, Nepal, and China gathered, focusing on the theme "China-Vietnam Community with a Shared Future: Vision and Strategy", to discuss the construction of a strategically significant China-Vietnam community with a shared future.
