In the first half of this year, there were 3461 inbound and outbound cargo flights through Nanning’s airport port, with an international cargo throughput of 53900 tons, a year-on-year increase of 50.25%. The import and export freight volumes soared compared to those of the same period last year.

It is reported that since the beginning of this year, the customs of Nanning Wuxu International Airport has comprehensively improved intelligent airport supervision services, established the first joint command and dispatch center in China with Nanning Wuxu International Airport, and continuously optimized the business environment of the port. In terms of imports, the customs has continuously expanded the trade scale of three designated supervision sites for imported edible aquatic animals, imported frozen aquatic products, and imported fruits. In terms of exports, the customs has provided a round-the-clock service, to fully guarantee fast customs clearance at ports on weekends and holidays, ensure efficient and smooth export channels for mechanical and electrical products such as lithium batteries and mechanical equipment, and create a new growth point for foreign trade.
