The first list of Guangxi International Cooperation Parks was recently released by Department of Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. As the only listed park in Nanning, Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone plans to build China-Thailand International Cooperation Park for Food Processing.

Based on its industrial foundation and resources of food processing, Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone has made efforts to attract industries, capital, talents and other elements from ASEAN countries, promote Chuangyue, Tailian and other enterprises to expand trade with ASEAN countries, and introduce Red Bull of TCP Group and other important projects with foreign investment. Since 2020, the amount of foreign investment in actual use of the zone has been 254.4 million yuan. Now the zone takes the lead to carry out business negotiation with enterprises in Southeast Asian countries, trying to attract more projects to settle in and expand its scale.
