Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology and the Department of Finance of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region issued “Several Policies and Measures to Support the Renewal of Equipment in the Industrial Sector” to support industrial enterprises to implement equipment renewal and technological transformation, and promote the manufacturing industry towards high-end, smarter and greener production.

It is reported that for high-quality technologies for transformation and upgrading projects that are in line with the key direction of equipment renewal in the industrial sector, no more than 10% of the equipment investment will be subsidized, and the maximum amount of a single project will not exceed 10 million yuan. Guangxi will also give subsidies of 1 million to 4 million yuan to a single project for renewable resource processing projects with a total investment of not less than 10 million yuan, an output value of not less than 50 million yuan and a production capacity of not less than 10,000 tons (the production capacity of the project of utilizing waste power batteries of new energy vehicles by echelon is not less than 10MWh).
