Recently, the Opening Ceremony of 2024 Nanning-ASEAN Month of Talent Exchange kicked off in Nanning, and 7 independent activities held by counties (or county-level cities, districts) and development zones as well as 20 key activities were held to provide platforms for talent exchange, academic discussion, demand understanding and market application of achievements.

It is understood that during the activity month, Nanning City has facilitated the signing of 14 major talent projects with platforms, and nearly 80% of the signed projects were jointly signed by enterprises and institutions in Nanning City and relevant universities at home and abroad, focusing on the fields of electronic information, transportation, biological medicine and other fields to carry out cooperation in scientific research and innovation, platform construction, and market application of the achievements. In addition, the event also awarded funding funds to the talent (team) representatives who received "Yongjiang Plan" funding, the 2024 Nanning innovative and entrepreneurial leading talents project, and announced the award-winning projects of the 2024 International Elites Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.
