Recently, the 4th International Mid-Autumn Festival Gala was staged in Nanning. Students from the universities and colleges in Nanning, foreign friends and young Chinese actors joined hands to present a international Mid-Autumn Festival cultural feast for the audience.

It is reported that the party is divided into three chapters. At the beginning of each chapter, it adopted the concept of "autumn tour in Guangxi" from Xiake Xu, the Ming Dynasty traveler, and created the eight scenes of ancient Yongzhou, the new appearance of the city and other scenes through the innovative use of holographic projection technology and the combination of real scenery and virtual images. The whole evening party composed a beautiful movement of the integration of ancient and modern Chinese excellent culture through varieties of programs with both traditional Chinese culture and bright modern characteristics. The outdoor area of the evening party also created an ancient market with a strong Mid-Autumn Festival atmosphere, and provided special Guangxi and Nanning food tasting, as well as cultural experience of intangible cultural heritage skills and handmade art works, so that Chinese and foreign guests could have an immersive experience of the unique cultural charm of Nanning.
