Recently, the Nanning-Yulin Railway has successfully connected to the Nanning Railway Hub, linking with the national railway network, laying the foundation for the upcoming joint debugging and testing.

It is reported that the main construction involved removing existing rail tracks and laterally inserting a set of No. 42 turnouts. Its implementation can greatly reduce train line-changing time and improve traffic efficiency. The construction simultaneously replaced and adjusted equipment of power, communication, and signaling, allowing the Nanning-Yulin Railway to access the national railway network at this point. High-speed trains can now smoothly enter the Nanning-Yulin Railway, providing necessary conditions for the next step of joint debugging and testing. This construction is the most crucial for introducing the Nanning-Yulin Railway into the Nanning Railway Hub. It was also the first time for China Railway Nanning Group to conduct station renovation with longest turnout insertion and largest type of frog in the high-speed rail operation line.
