Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region announced “The Notice on 2024 Guangxi Housing Renovation Material Purchase Subsidy Program” on its official website.
It is reported that the subsidy will be provided to individual consumers who purchase items and materials for the renovation of legally constructed residential properties within Guangxi. And eligible home renovation items and materials include tiles, flooring, wall panels, and more. During the period of the program, individual consumers who hire decoration companies for the renovation will receive a one-time subsidy of 20% of the total contract price for renovation items and materials of each set of house, with a maximum limit of 30,000 yuan. For those who choose to renovate houses on their own, a one-time subsidy of 20% of the total price of purchased home renovation items and materials of each set of house will be provided, also capped at 30,000 yuan.
