The Agricultural Exhibition of this year's China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) will adopt the new marketing model of live streaming, carrying out e-commerce live promotions to help sell agricultural products.
An e-commerce exhibition area will be set up, while agricultural e-commerce platforms and big data institutions will be introduced to promote the participation of exhibitors in e-commerce, providing them with more opportunities for exchanges and cooperation.
In order to focus on supporting Hubei province, as well as other provinces and cities heavily affected by the COVID-19 epidemic, this year's CAEXPO Agricultural Exhibition will set up a special exhibition area displaying Hubei’s green agricultural products, grain and oil products, fruits and vegetables, as well as beverages. One-to-one purchase matchmaking meetings will also be held to help Hubei's agricultural products explore domestic and foreign markets.
The exhibition will also further enrich the exhibition area of ASEAN products, focusing on coffee, packaged food, bird's nests, as well as durian and durian products. A number of professional forums and industry procurement matchmaking meetings, agricultural cultural theme activities, as well as exchange activities will be held to effectively improve the participation experience and bolster economic and trade effectiveness.
The 17th CAEXPO will be held in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region from Sept 18 to 21, 2020 with a focus on innovation and cooperation. Laos will be the Country of Honor and Guiyang, Guizhou province will be the City of Charm.
