Hechi will organize a variety of cultural activities with a local flavor in order to celebrate Sanyuesan Festival, from April 13 to May 14.
Sanyuesan, which refers to the third day of the third month in the Chinese lunar calendar, is a traditional festival for many ethnic groups across China. Activities such as cultural performances, sports competitions and folk songs will be held, to show off the happy new life of all ethnic groups in Hechi.
The 11 counties and districts of Hechi will carry out various forms of offline and online activities, such as sports events, ethnic food displays and ethnic costume shows, in order to attract more tourists for sightseeing, leisure and vacation, and to drive the development of the tourism, culture and sports industries.
In recent years, through its Sanyuesan Festival celebrations, Hechi has shown off its local characteristics and its new image, as well as enhanced its reputation and influence.
