Malaysia, the Country of Honor of the 19th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), will organize more than 100 enterprises to be showcased at the expo's on-site and online exhibitions, officials from the CAEXPO Secretariat announced on April 19.
This year's CAEXPO is scheduled to take place in Nanning, capital of Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, from Sept 16 to 19. It will be the second time that Malaysia has been the Country of Honor at CAEXPO. Of note, Sept 16 also marks Malaysia Day, which commemorates the establishment of the Malaysian Federation.
Livesteams and promotions on social media platforms like Douyin, WeChat, as well as Weibo will be organized to generate more business opportunities for the Malaysian delegation of CAEXPO, while traditional art and cultural performances will be arranged at the exhibition booths promoting Malaysian tourism.
