The Donglan-Leye Expressway runs from southeast to northwest. It passes through Donglan town in Donglan county, Changzhou town in Fengshan county and sets up Baile hub to connect Tian'e-Bama Expressway. Then it continues westward through Qiaoyin town of Fengshan county and Gengxin town of Tian'e county, across the Buliu River, and finally ends up in Leye county, Baise city, connecting with the Leye-Wangmo Expressway. The total length of the route is about 90 kilometers, and the total investment is estimated to be about 18.7 billion yuan ($2.8 million).
After the completion of the Donglan-Leye Expressway, it will be the most convenient passage between Donglan county, Fengshan county, Tian'e county and Baise's Leye county, and will greatly facilitate exchange between the people of the four counties and promote economic development.
