A total of 29 defendants, including Joshua Wong Chi-fung, an instigator of the Hong Kong riots, on Thursday pleaded guilty to the charge of "conspiracy to subvert the state power" in China's Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, according to a Hong Kong court.
