The first batch of fruits imported from Thailand in 2023 recently arrived at Qinzhou Port, consisting of five containers of durians and mangosteens.
The fruits were imported by Chongqing Hongjiu Fruit. In order to speed up clearance procedures, Qinzhou Port Customs offered a reservation service.
Qinzhou Port is fully open to the import of fruits from Thailand. The fruit express line from Thailand to Qinzhou Port runs five times a week, and will provide quality services for the import of 770,000 metric tons of durians from eastern Thailand this year. Additionally, an estimated 3,000 boxes of Thai durians will be imported through Beibu Gulf Port this year.
