On July 9, China (Shantou)-Thailand Economic, Trade & Cultural Cooperation Exchange Conference was successfully held in Bangkok, Thailand. The conference was co-sponsored by the Shantou Municipal People"s Government and the Thai-Chinese Chamber of Commerce. The two sides carried out investment promotion, project signing, and exchanges around cooperation in economy, trade, industry, and cultural tourism. A total of 18 projects have been signed, covering project investment, trade procurement, freight logistics, and other fields, with a total contract amount of RMB 12.7 billion. It will vigorously promote exchanges and cooperation between the two sides in a broader range, at a more profound and higher level, to further develop China-Thailand friendly relations and cooperation.
