The launching ceremony of Thailand"s first Tokamak experimental machine TT-1 was held in central Thailand's Nakhon Nayok Province on July 25, marking that this experimental machine for nuclear fusion as a cooperation project between China and Thailand was officially put into operation.

Thai Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and Chinese Ambassador to Thailand Han Zhiqiang attended the event and witnessed the launch of the machine. The successful completion and operation of the TT-1 represents one of the fruits of the China-Thailand cooperation in nuclear fusion over the past few years and stands as a shining example of the remarkable scientific and technological innovation partnership between the two nations.
