On August 28, Guiyang Institute of Information Science and Technology held an MOU signing ceremony with the Angeles University Foundation of the Philippines, the Management and Science University of Malaysia, the Payap University of Thailand, and the National University of East Timor respectively during the "Forum on Opportunities and Challenges of Professional Talents Training Facilitated by Industry-University-Research Integration for Enterprise-running Universities and Colleges." The aim is to strengthen international exchange and cooperation, broaden the international horizon of the universities, promote more exploration into innovative and applied talent cultivation, and introduce a new channel of international exchange among the universities.
