According to Huangpu Customs' release on March 22, the vessel "PROGRESS C152S" docked at berth No. 8 of the Dongguan Port Group on March 22, denoting the official inauguration of the Dongguan Port-Ho Chi Minh shipping route operated by New Golden Sea Shipping Pte. Ltd., a subsidiary of COSCO Shipping. The voyage is reportedly on a bi-weekly schedule, with ships setting out on a four-day journey destined for Cat Lai Port in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The route is set to deploy 2100TEU vessels equipped with 200 reefer plugs to provide sufficient refrigerated container transportation for quality fruits imported from Vietnam. (Bo)
