On May 27, the Puzhai-Tan Thanh and Nongyao-Coc Nam channels of the Huu Nghi (Vietnam)–Youyi Guan (China) border gate pair were officially put into operation.

The Puzhai Border Trade Zone in Pingxiang City is the largest border trade zone between China and Vietnam. It is 15 kilometers away from downtown Pingxiang and 20 kilometers from Lang Son Province in Vietnam, connecting to Vietnam's Tan Thanh Port. It is one of China's largest fruit trading markets with ASEAN, with bustling cross-border agricultural trade. The official operation of the two channels makes the Youyiguan Port a national first-class port with three passenger and freight transport channels for simultaneous customs clearance, greatly enhancing its customs clearance capacity and further reducing cross-border logistics costs.
