It is reported that the fruit, as a tropical fruit, is a light-loving plant. Each dragon fruit planting base in Long’an County uses the flowering and light-supplement technology, i.e. supplementing light for dragon fruit at night, prolonging its light time to promote the growth of dragon fruit, and thus achieving the early mature and high yield of the fruit. Meanwhile, the control of the light angle and time can realize the maturity and selling of dragon fruit in batches. So far, the first batch of dragon fruit in Long’an County this year has entered the ripening period. Therefore, there will be fresh dragon fruit on the market from June this year to February next year.
