It was recently learned that commencing from midnight on June 15th, the national railway system would roll out a new train schedule. Following this timetable adjustment, China Railway Nanning Group Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Railway Nanning Group) would inaugurate a flagship high-speed train to Beijing, thereby extending the reach of high-speed rail offerings.

According to reports, under the new timetable, trains of the Beijing-Guangxi high-speed railway will operate at an impressive speed of 350 kilometers per hour. China Railway Nanning Group will introduce two round-trip sleeper trains from Nanningdong Railway Station to Beijingxi Railway Station for the first time. The fastest one-way journey duration is estimated to be 13 hours and 30 minutes, enabling passengers from Nanning to reach Beijing in the morning. This will better facilitate official and business commutes to Beijing, foster economic and trade collaborations, and promote cultural exchanges among Beijing, Guangxi, and the areas along the railway line. Moreover, there has been an uptick in freight transportation coverage and numbers of trains such as freight trains for the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and the China-Vietnam trains, enhancing the passenger and freight railway transportation capacity, service quality, and operational efficiency.
