The signing ceremony for China (Guangxi)-Vietnam Cross-Border Cooperation on Arbitration and Mediation took place in Nanning on August 2. During the event, the joint secretariat of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Guangxi Committee, the Baise Arbitration Commission, the Vietnam Commercial Arbitration Center, and the Vietnam Hanoi Trade Mediation Center were officially launched, along with the establishment of joint workstations at Pingmeng and Longbang Ports in China. In addition, experts from the Vietnam Commercial Arbitration Center and the Vietnam Hanoi Trade Mediation Center delivered special lectures on the same day. The lectures cover the current state and internationalization trends of arbitration and mediation mechanisms in Vietnam, as well as insight into the current investment environment and industrial advantages.
