Recently, Vietnam-China Joint Venture Corporation for Commerce and Transport, which operates the direct international transport route between Hanoi of Vietnam and Nanning of China, has established an office at the underground floor of Nanningdong Railway Station, aiming to provide convenient services such as business consultation, on-site ticketing, and waiting areas for passengers travelling between the two countries.

Recent years have witnessed more frequent exchanges and cooperation between China and Vietnam, accompanied by increasing demands in economic trade and personnel exchanges. The establishment of the Nanning office by Vietnam-China Joint Venture Corporation for Commerce and Transport, which is committed to enhancing railway passenger service capabilities, will facilitate seamless rail-road transfers, and promote people-to-people exchanges between China and Vietnam. According to statistics, from January 1 to June 30 this year, a total of 596 trips were conducted on the direct international transport route between Hanoi of Vietnam and Nanning of China, with 3,645 passengers transported.
