Recently, the Nanning Intellectual Property Protection Center was approved by the China National Intellectual Property Administration to set up a local sub-center for resolving overseas intellectual property disputes.
It is reported that in recent years, Nanning has attached great importance to intellectual property, provided public services and protection of intellectual property rights for export-oriented enterprises, and helped enterprises to do a good job in the layout and protection of overseas intellectual property. In the future, the Nanning Intellectual Property Protection Center will actively cooperate with the Overseas Intellectual Property Dispute Response and Guidance Center to establish a mechanism of resource sharing, information reporting, coordination, linkage and training guidance, and make an effort in the collection and submission of overseas intellectual property information, and the consultation and guidance for resolving overseas intellectual property disputes, so as to improve the awareness of overseas intellectual property risk prevention and business entities’ ability to resolve intellectual property disputes, and provide strong support and guarantee for enterprises to “go global” and explore the international market.
