This year's China-ASEAN Expo, also known as CAEXPO, will expand its exhibition content from the existing five themes of trade in goods, investment cooperation, trade in services, advanced technology, and the charming cities pavilion by adding a new theme: the strategic emerging sector, forming a new layout with six thematic exhibition areas.

Malaysia, serving as the CAEXPO's Country of Honor for the third time, will promote its tourist attractions while hosting a series of events such as product selection, B2B matchmaking meetings, livestream shopping, and a durian and coffee shopping festival.

From Vietnam's large golden mangoes and red pomelos to Thailand's rambutans and young coconuts, ASEAN products have always been popular at the CAEXPO. This year's event will debut a product evaluation activity, where new, special, and premium products from various countries will be judged, with gold, silver, excellent design, and most popular awards to be handed out.

Additionally, as 2024 is the year of China-ASEAN exchanges, the 21st CAEXPO will feature a dedicated China-ASEAN People-to-People Exchange pavilion for the first time, showcasing vivid examples of cultural exchange and cooperation with the aim of fostering more fruitful partnerships.
