Recently, the document entitled "Opinions of the State Post Bureau of the People's Republic of China on Supporting Guangxi in Building a Regional International Postal Express Hub for ASEAN" has been issued. 

The basic requirement of this policy is that Guangxi will establish an intelligent and efficient postal express service network linking all ASEAN countries by 2027, ensuring that deliveries between major cities in Guangxi and ASEAN countries are completed within 48 hours. By 2035, Guangxi will be built into a regional international postal express hub focusing on ASEAN countries. This approach will enhance Guangxi's importance in facilitating domestic and international circulations and upgrade and expand the industry' role in leading the development of other industries, so as to achieve the integrated development of various business formats, including cross-border e-commerce, manufacturing, and domestic and foreign trade.
